Can the pronunciation editor be exported and saved so I can move it to another computer?

Yes it can, go to menu start select "run" (XP) or click on command line (vista) and write %appdata% , find Expressivo folder, you will find there a file named ExpressivoDictionary_en.xml this is pronunciation editor file which you can copy.
